Please choose carefully - Tuffies does not offer refunds for a change of mind or an incorrect selection.

We don't provide refunds unless there's a proven manufacturing fault. In that case, we'll replace the item, provided you:

• Contact us within 15 days of receiving the product, and

• Can demonstrate a clear manufacturing fault, by sending photos and a description to sales@tuffies.co.nz

We reserve the right to determine whether further investigation is needed before approving a replacement.

Items damaged through incorrect customer installation are not eligible for replacement.

This warranty covers only items manufactured by Tuffies. Locks and other fitted components are not manufactured by us and are not covered.

If an ordered item is unavailable, or we're unable to fulfil your order, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund.
